Chia seed produced and traded by Chia Corp™, is an excellent product in international market. The tracing process and the quality control carried out in each of the stages by highly specialized staff, are strongly based on the exclusive responsability that Chia Corp™ has mainly the whole process, assuring this excellence.
Chia Corp produces the chia seeds using selected varieties for over 500 years by Nahua villages, rescued by its programs of preservation of Precolumbian varieties, and the new cultivating lands from its own selection and improvement programs, based on traditional method uses. Not only does Chia Corp keep the nutritional and original profile of the chia but also the natural resistance to plague attacks and other diseases in the varieties given by old Mexicans. This work philosophy has let Chia Corp manufacture in a conservationist way without the use of any pesticide in its productive cycle, assuring the absolute absence of GMO (genetically modified organisms) in its chia seeds. As an additional measure to maintain this basic sustainable principle, Chia Corp does not commercialize any chia seed that does not belong to its integral and exclusive production program.

- Minimum purity: 99.5% (0.5% remaining innocuous vegetables)
- Purity standard cerificates issued by independant organisms
- Certificate of GMO absence issued by independant organisms
- Sanitary standard certificate issued by national authority of the country of origin.
- Export logistics in each of the countries of production.
